How long does it take to process and ship orders?

TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP processes orders every day, and are generally shipped 2 or 3 days maximum after confirmation of the
order if stock is available on the site.

Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for international orders to be processed.

What are my shipping options?

TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP mainly relies on the Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop network to guarantee you the best shipping rates. Deliveries are therefore made to the Mondial Relay or Shop2Shop point closest to you, or of your choice!
You will be notified by email or text message, always remember to specify these when ordering.

TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP also offers other delivery methods on request (Post, other delivery methods). Exceptional shipping costs will also be communicated to you when you place your order and will appear on your total before payment.

Free delivery is available for national or international orders above 100 euros in general, but it will also regularly be available directly on specific items, or during special promotions informed directly on the site.

How to track my order ?

TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP will inform you of each stage of your order: confirmation, invoicing, shipping via a personalized email with the link and tracking reference for your order.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact with your order number, billing last name and email address or zip code.

How to know the authenticity of the products?

The TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP is the only authorized online e-commerce site for authentic Bob Neyret products. No variation of the domain name TEAM BOB NEYRET SHOP is affiliated with Robert “Bob” Neyret or Metapat except the brand “TEAM BOB NEYRET”. Just because it has the words “Bob Neyret” in the domain name does not mean you will get legitimate Bob Neyret products or any other products. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as they were received. Upon inspection of the returned items, the store will inform you of possible exchange arrangements. Exchange requests are accepted if they are motivated by valid commercial reasons (breakage, size errors, damage due to delivery, shipping error, or reason explained directly by you).

I forgot my account and password

Order cancellation

This doesn't happen often, but if your order was canceled because the item you selected is no longer available or is out of stock, you will receive an email response within three business days of your order.

In the event that your order has been canceled in our system due to a risk of fraudulent activity, you will be notified by email within three business days. This is strictly for your safety and we apologize for any inconvenience. If your order was mistakenly reported as fraud, please contact your financial institution.
